Our Services

I offer 1-to-1 Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy sessions online, creating a safe and supportive space to help you manage stress, anxiety, and feelings of overwhelm. I also work to support people with fears, phobias and insomnia. Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you understand unhelpful patterns and build healthier, more balanced ways of thinking and feeling.

In addition to individual sessions, I run workshops both online and face to face, offering practical tools and guidance to support mental wellbeing and everyday calm.

I specialise in supporting those working within the education sector and in leadership roles, helping teachers, school staff, and leaders to look after their mental wellbeing and find calm, clarity, and confidence in their professional and personal lives.

I provide a range of workshops designed with you to meet the needs of your educational setting or organisation. All workshops are practical and interactive ensuring that participants leave with new skills and ideas that can be used in their workplace or everyday life.
