What's my story?
Starting therapy takes courage, and it’s important to work with someone you can trust. After 20 years in secondary education, I experienced first-hand how stress and anxiety can affect both students and staff — and it inspired me to find better ways to support mental wellbeing.

I combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy to help people manage stress, anxiety, fears, and low confidence. These approaches have transformed the way I think, feel, and behave, and I now help others achieve the same positive change.

I work with individuals through tailored one-to-one sessions and deliver workshops and group sessions online or in person, teaching practical skills that can be used immediately to improve wellbeing, focus, and confidence.
