Teacher De-stress and Relaxation

Service Description

Join me for a 30 minute online relaxation session. No sales pitch, no sign up or hidden expectations, just a free reward for teachers. Via Zoom, you will only see and hear the Louise, the therapist. Louise is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist but is also an Assistant Headteacher Teacher. Louise uses her knowledge of the profession to support teachers with stress, anxiety and the feeling of overwhelm which is all too common in the profession. During this session, you will have the opportunity to take time for you; fully relaxing in the comfort of your own home. A rare opportunity to let the teaching day take a back seat and focus on what really matters, you. Hypnosis is not dangerous and you cannot get "stuck" in hypnosis. It is a relaxed, focused state of mind, meaning you are more able to take on board suggestions that resonate with you. You cannot accept any suggestions that you do no agree with.
